How it works…

Say hello!

Reach out via our contact form.

Please include brief details of your project, preferred start date and attach architectural and engineering plans (if you have them).

Initial site visit

We’ll visit your site to discuss your goals, understand your vision, and ensure we’re aligned on the project’s key details.

It helps to meet together early in the process to get a feel for how we’ll work together and to find out what’s most important to you.

Plans

If you haven’t already got plans drawn up, you’ll need to engage a draftsman or architect before an accurate estimate can be finalised.

We have relationships with local drafties & architects, so please reach out if you need direction.

Detailed estimate

Once your plans are finalised, we can start working on a detailed estimate, with in-depth cost breakdowns for the agreed scope of works.

Red tape

After you accept the estimate, we organise insurance, contracts, start dates, and work with your draftsman/architect to arrange all the other “red tape” pieces, such as Construction Certificates.

Construction begins!

Now you’ve got all your approvals, it’s time to build! Watch your build progress through our interactive project management software.

Ready to transform your home?

We would love to hear about your project. Please fill out our form and we will be in touch soon. Let’s build something incredible together.

Things to think about…

Will you make all your design selections yourself or engage an interior designer?

Either way - start this process early so when the time comes, you don’t rush to make decisions and have regret!
