SCOPE OF WORK
This project involved an almost 10m rear extension to transform an outdated, segmented house into a modern, functional home. The extension allowed for an expansive new kitchen with butler’s pantry by Nadin West Joinery, laundry, study, dining and living rooms. The living area opens onto a composite deck via corner glass stacking doors featuring a recessed pelmet to allow for floor-to-ceiling sheers.

The existing house also received significant renovations, including a floorplan remodel to allow for a new main bathroom and the addition of an ensuite to the main bedroom. Blackbutt hybrid floors now feature throughout the home, as well as a new Colorbond roof, James Hardie Linea cladding and a Smart AirTouch 5 ducted system.

Our clients have two young sons, the eldest of whom is wheelchair-bound – so it was imperative our planning and project management was flawless to allow for the most efficient build process possible. We are proud to say we delivered this high quality project on time and on budget, resulting in happy clients and a great finished result.
